Stow Your Bags' luggage storage are open every day of the year from 7 am until 11 pm.
Attention! Few of our luggage storage may have different opening hours. For this reason we kindly invite you to always check the hours indicated in the page dedicated to the shop you wish to use.
You can quicly book in a few steps through this website, on the page dedicated to the shop you wish to use, or going directly on spot!
Just choose the size and the quantity of lockers you need as well as the duration of your rental and proceed to the payment.
In both cases, at the end of the booking process, you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and text message, where will be indicated your locker code. Don't lose it, you will need it to access to your locker!
No! You can decide to use our service even at the very last minute, going directly to the luggage storage.
However, if you want to be sure to find the avalaibility you need, we highly reccomend you to book in advance through this website, it just takes you a few minutes!
Unfortunately the reservation is non-refundable.
The rental cost may change depending on the locker's size and the duration of your booking. You can easily check all the prices on the page dedicated to the shop you wish to use!
No, all Stow Your Bags' luggage storage are totally cash-free! To the payment in store you can use your credit or debit card as well as PayPal if you're going to book online.
You can book up to five lockers of the same size per booking but if you need more you can make a new reservation to add more lockers!
Stow Your Bags offers three different sizes of locker to fit to your needs!
*The number of bags indicated refers to standard airline carry-on sizes.
Please measure your luggage and compare its dimensions with those of the chosen locker. Thank you!

You can book our lockers starting from one hour up to 15 days in a row, according to availability!
At the end of the booking process - even if you booked directly at the luggage storage - you will receive a confirmation via e-mail and text message, where will be indicated your locker code.
You will only need to use your smartphone or the touchscreen in the luggage storage by entering your locker code to open your locker and pick-up your bags!
Sure! After depositing your bags, you will be able to reopen your locker as many times as you want during the rental.
Use your smartphone or the touchscreen in the luggage storage to reopen it, take what you need and close it when you're done!
Don't worry, your locker will remain closed and your bags safe!
If you come back later than the end of your rental, to reopen your locker you will have to pay the extra cost per hour or per day of your delay.
However, in respect of other travellers that want to use this service, we kindly ask you to observe the pick-up time you indicated at the booking time!
The luggage storages close at 11pm. If you come after the closing time, you will necessarily wait for the reopening the next morning (starting from 7am) to pick up your bags, by paying the hourly extra cost.

If within 10 minutes from the confirmation of the payment you haven't received any e-mail, please check in your SPAM folder.

Save your money with Stow Your Bags, pay per locker and not per bag!
You can fill your locker with your luggage but also jackets, backpack, bags and all that fits in (except for forbidden items).
It is forbidden to deposit all the items prohibited by law and/or considered dangerous under national legislation as well as item that by its very nature or packaging may cause damage to people, environment or other luggage.
The time you need to access your locker and use the luggage' storage service. It's not allowed to remain inside the store for other purposes.

Defintely yes! Our lockers are solid and safe and all the lugagge storage are constantly video-monitored, no one will have access to your luggage except you!
Sure! Each Stow Your Bags luggage storage is constantly monitored and videosurveilled from our staff.
Stow Your Bags offers highly secure luggage storage but in any case there is an insurance up to €1000 per bag already included in the price of your rental!
