Our stores are open 365 days a year from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
You can do it in two different ways, both simple and fast:
Book online - Choose the details of your reservation on your store’s page and proceed by paying by credit card or PayPal.
In a few seconds you should receive the confirmation of your reservation via e-mail!
Pay attention! In your confirmation e-mail you will also receive your locker code that you will need it to deposit and/or collect your luggage!
Book directly in the luggage storage of your choice - In a few minutes, you can book your locker using the touchscreen: you just need to choose the details of your reservation and proceed to pay by credit card.
Within 10 minutes, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a text message, where your locker code will be indicated.
Don’t lose it, you will need it to collect your luggage!
If you encounter any problems in our store, you can easily contact one of our operators by clicking on the red button at the top of the touchscreen.
You will be able to book up to 5 lockers with a single reservation. If 5 lockers are not enough for your necessities, you can make as many reservations as you need.
NB: Not all luggage storages are equipped with all three types of lockers. Please double-check on the page of the location you plan to use.
At the moment of your reservation you will receive via e-mail & text message a locker code consisting of 6 digits.
Keep it with you and enter the locker code on the touchscreen to reopen your locker and collect your luggage!
Lockers have a minimum lenght of deposit of 1 hour, while the maximum length of a deposit is 15 days.
In case of delay, when you collect your bags, the system will ask you for an additional payment for the hours of use exceeding your reservation. You can easily pay the difference with your credit card and collect your luggage.
If you should be getting back at your chosen deposit after closing time, you will have to wait until the following day when the location will reopen. An additional hourly cost, increased of a 50% penalty, will be applied upon collecting your bags.
Pay attention to be on time to avoid any problems!
If you should be experincing any issues either at time of deposit or when picking your bags up, you can reach us via our VoIP phone, present in all our locations. Simply press firmly the button above the touchscreen until you will hear your call is active, our operator will be happy to assist you.

Unfortunately your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Of course! After having stored your luggage you will be able to open your locker without interrupting your reservation. This is possible up to 30 minutes before your reservation ends.
Either on www.stowyourbags.com or at all our locations you will be able to pay by credit card Visa and Mastercard along with Maestro circuit.
Keep in mind that, when paying by credit card at our automatic lokers, your PIN might be requested, so have it ready! If you are purchasing your lockers online, an additional security code might be necessary (Verified by Visa or Securcode by Mastercard).
Absolutely YES! We have 24h videosurveillance.
Luggage is 100% safe, but, in the unlikely event of either a theft or any damages, each piece of luggage is insured up to 500 Euros with a company leader in the insurance field, called Generali. You cannot be more safer than that!
