"The initial instructions were easy to follow. However, they said I would receive a text and/or email with a retrieval code which I never received (I also had no cell service on Italy, so I had to find a place with WiFi to check), so I had to make sure we came back early enough to use the original code and make sure we could still retrieve our bags. This, of course, made it impossible to officially close out the rental until I finally got an email to do so from Stowyourbags.com several hours later. On top of that, we found a dead mouse in the back of the locker after retrieving our bags!"

"The procedure to rent the locker on site was super easy and intuitive. Location was very convenient as we travelled by train, 2 minutes to the train station. The only negative would be that the AC (there were two) inside was not working and it was very hot inside as it was summer time so if you need to wait in line (as we did) it can be unpleasant. "My wife and I had about 5 hours stopover in Bologna and I found Stow Your Bags online. Walked the short distance from the station to the small Stow Your Bags shop. There are 3 luggage locker sizes to choose and a small unit held our 2 Ryanair carry on bags easily. A ticket machine offers multiple languages to choose from and after choosing the space you need and how long for you need to provide your details, email, phone number etc and then make payment by credit card. The locker automatically opened and after we placed our bags we closed the locker. After doing so I quickly received an email with retrieval PIN code. When we went to collect our bags it was just a case of entering the pin and the locker opened automatically. Brilliant simple and efficient system."

"Perfect! The whole system works amazingly well! Easy to find, a locker enough for two suitcases and very clean! I would recommend measuring your cases first to ensure they will fit and also note that if you want to go back and put something else in, or retrieve something from your locker, without finishing the use that this is an option! When you put the code in to open the locker it asks you if you want to finish or not. This wasn't totally clear when we read the instructions. All in all a PERFECT service! We will definitley use it again."
