"Quick and easy system. I have already used it in other cities too. The only negative aspect of the location in via Fiume (behind the station) was that there was a damaged and broken locker and therefore it did not give me a sense of security. However there were no problems, everything went well."

"Keep in mind that the largest locker isn’t large enough for 4 US luggage bags. It’s big enough for 2 US thin luggage bags and a backpack. They do provide measurements, but if you just rely on descriptions (like I did), you’ll be left with half your luggage still in hand. Not a problem except when they’re sold out. There is another place with more capacity closer to Santa Maria del Fiore. Pay attention to address - it’s not directly at train station but a block away. Bottom line: (1) book double what you think you need and (2) book in advance"

"So glad we found out about SYB throughout major European cities. Easy to book a reservation and pay on-line. Directions to the location clear and entering code provided by email worked like a charm. Even able to reopen during the rental period. FYI - European size luggage dimensions smaller than US so make sure to measure your bags when booking so you have enough space in the locker or lockers. We thought we could store 4 carryon (22x18x9 inch) bags in a large locker and it only could hold 2. Best to get multiple lockers (it’s inexpensive) if you have a lot, and book in advance as popular locations like Florence and Venice were fully booked. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if I needed to store luggage after checkout, and didn’t want to lug the stuff around through the crowds."

"Hello, the luggage storage was working good, my mistake (Oct. 5th I was booking 1 hour instead of 5 h) could cleared after your friendly phone call, thank you. One note to the safety: We used again the storage saturday oct. 15th. Picking up our luggage at 9:30h pm it was very uncomfortable because three strange people used the room for smoking and consuming drugs... We did ask this people to leave the room, it was a latent aggressive mood and not easy for us... So please use your video surveillance more intensive especially in the late hours of te day to control the room (Florence left exit, via Fiume 5R) Christoph Goelitz"

There should be a separate computer for people that have already booked there locker. Maxi Locker will only store a normal sized suitcase."

"This was super convenient and easy, but I can only give it 4 stars because the sizing suggestions were an absolute joke - the largest locked (which shows four bags in it), held just my 1 single suitcase, and I had to push and shove just to get my backpack in. My partner had to purchase a second maxi locker for his things. Thankfully there was a 2nd locker available for rental, but these lockers sell out quickly and we might not have been so lucky. If you're going to use this service, unless you have tiny shrunken suitcases, I strongly suggest getting 1 locker per case."
