"Simple, easy to use, good location. One minor quibble: I pre-booked online and received a code via email. After depositing the bags, the instructions on the machine said a separate “unlock” code would be sent by email, but it wasn’t, which was a bit worrying. In fact, there same code was used when dropping off and collecting."

"We used the facilities in Florence. The actual machine was down so we had to book online which caused some confusion. The options on the website are different than the options at the facility. Although the pictured show you can fit 3 rolling suitcases into the extra large locker along with a couple backpacks, we discovered you can only fit two rolling suitcases and one backpack per large locker. At the kiosk there is a call button for a taxi. When the call was finally answered, we were informed that they did not have any taxis available. We found one just outside. All in all, it saved us from having to cart our luggage around and we were very pleased with the location. I would definitely use these services again."

"We stowed our bags in Florence, Italy. The location was just down the street from our VRBO and allowed us to explore the city for the day, before our train left for Rome. The process was very simple, self-explanatory and helpful. We even used the "call taxi" feature when we picked up our bags and were heading to train station. We were a party of five so finding a taxi that would accommodate all of us and our bags would have been tricky, but the taxi company sent over a taxi van that had plenty of room. This was the perfect solution and met our needs 100%."

The only issue we found is that the size of the lockers as described online is slightly different than the actual size of the locker. It appeared that the large size would fit four large suitcases but we were only able to fit two and then rented a second locker. Perhaps this is the difference in size of typical European bags vs American bags? Otherwise, the service was excellent!"

About the same cost for 2 bags as the left luggage place in the train station but much faster to retrieve the bags and you might be able to get more into the luggage locker. Also, the Rome Termini location didn't have the smaller size lockers, only the large ones."
