Pressed ‘emergency’ button for assistance - no answer. Will be requesting one payment refund. Don’t prebook, just pay when you get there…"

"Great experience. We booked a locker to safely store our bags while we were out exploring Genua. There are two sizes, regular and maxi. If you book on site, you can try the sizes to see what size best suits your needs before booking. You can book via the terminal on site. It was the easiest booking experience I have ever had for such a locker. It is available in multiple languages. After booking, your locker opens automatically. You receive an email immediately afterwards with the code you have to use to open your locker. You can open your locker during the booking period to get items in and out of your bags if necessary. The prices are very fair in my opinion. All in all a great experience, would definitely use again."
