"Once we found the place it was fast, clean & simple. We tested the sizing of the lockers to see how many we’d need to fit all the handbags. You need to buy each locker separately but it’s a smooth and easy service. Email needed though. We came from Linate by metro to stay a day in Milan and then took the train to Malpensa."

"I would suggest to install more places in the pocket station, nearby Milano - Central station (where the airport buses: for example Orio bus stops). because all of them were already occupied and it's a very popular area. There are a few spots left there with just empty white walls: I'd recommend to install more (84 - if i remember correctly is really not a number). Otherwise nearby Cardona it was very nice - the station where trains go to Como lake for example."

"Accessible location inside the station, no stairs, easy to book and use, air-conditioned. Long-haul travellers should know that they will need one locker per piece of hold luggage, as the largest locker size fits at most one full-size suitcase and one cabin bag (with some squeezing). Book in advance as the number of large lockers is limited. The lockers themselves are not as sturdy as traditional railway station storage lockers, they appear to be made of plywood. That said, StowYourBags is probably the best option in this area for pure convenience."

"Thr bright colour of the store reallybstands out and made it easy to spot. The process of entering details to be allocated a locker was easy and simple. The collection process too was easy, however it assumes one will have access to internet to obtain the password to open the locker later on. The main area for improvement is there should be signages in the train station to indicate where the storage is located. We had to ask a staff at the ticket office."
