"This was a convenient service for me as I was packed for two months in Europe and it was nice to stow most of my luggage for a brief side trip. Dropping off was easy. Picking up not so much. There was a long line and the people in front of the line had to call for help. I would advise anyone with train tickets to allow an extra half-hour for pickup. Would it be possible to install a second terminal dedicated to opening lockers for pickup? I would certainly advise anyone else with a train to catch to allow a half-hour to pick up their bags."

I’d recommend to book in advance as it was full when I arrived but I waited a couple of minutes and luckily someone came back to collect their bags, which freed up a locker. There could be an app or an option to extend stowing time by an hour if the time you estimated the length needed incorrectly. The actual room could be cleaner :-) was not clear how often the machine, floors and door got cleaned."

"Had pre booked and when we arrived there was a very long queue, people were struggling to use the machine and we had to wait which was frustrating as we had pre booked so we could quickly drop our bags off. Should definitely be more than one machine to open the lockers as defeats the point of pre booking if you have to wait for everyone who hasn’t pre booked. Maybe have a separate machine for people who have pre booked their locker. Other than that was a good service and didn’t have to wait to collect bags. Just be wary when using the service and allow plenty of time to pick up or drop off bags."

"These are 100 percent automated storage lockers and were simple to use. Just 2 comments to be aware of. 1. They are priced by the size of the locker (small and large) and by the duration of proposed usage. So, the 'from price' quoted on the website is probably for a small locker for 30 mins I presume. The large locker was 17.50 EUR for 6 hours for us. 2. It would be helpful if one could see how many lockers were available before you start the 'check in' process on the screen. We wanted a large locker but when I tried to book, it said none were available. So I tried to choose 2 small lockers... but it would only let me select 1 small locker. I assumed that was all that was left ( All doors on lockers are closed so you have no idea if they are available or in use. ). I put a bag in the one locker I had then paid for and then the people in the queue behind me suddenly were also able to get one small locker. So I again returned to the screen to try and get a 2nd small locker. It then told me that none were available, but a LARGE locker was available! Someone else in the queue must have just returned and freed up a large locker! It being my only choice I then rented that one. So I ended up with a large and a small locker (paid for) when really I just needed one large one. So my only hint would be, if you arrive and the locker size that you need is not available as you make your request on the screen, ask if anyone in that queue/room is about to retrieve their luggage and free up a locker. If they are let them go ahead of you in the queue and allow you (being next in line) to then book that locker. Without asking it is not clear if people are there to book lockers or empty lockers and everyone needs to queue for the same single booking/release screen"

"Всё было понятно. Удобно. В одну камеру мы положили три рюкзака,пакет,на вокзале рядом посчитали бы раза в 4 дороже. Также немного удобно то,что закрывается позже(хотя идеально конечно,если бы круглосуточно,но видимо бомжи и поздние туристы не дадут это сделать,превратят зал в комнату ожидания). Мы забронировали на сутки, забрали через несколько часов,закрыли ящик,по незнанию не сдали его. Назавтра поступило несколько уведомлений,чтобы мы прошли по ссылке и отказались от ящика (это безопасно,чтобы с нашим багажом его никому не сдать), штраф не взяли,видимо все так поступают. В общем доволен,если такие места будут везде,то это избавит нас от общения с негативным обслуживающим персоналом хранения,как и доступность тех людей к нашему багажу и сортировка вручную. Предложил бы также данной компании сделать такие места на территории круглосуточных маркеров(а если и позволят ввиду конкуренции ещё и в портах,вокзалах, аэропортах). "It was a short, easy walk from Milan Central Train Station. When I got to the address the door to enter wouldn't open so I figured it was out-of-business. While I was on my phone searching for an alternative someone came and went in another door to the right of the ones I tried. It would have been nice to have an arrow on the door that didn't open pointing to the one that did. Simple error on my part, but there are many weary travelers that may make the same mistake and give up. The process to choose and pay was clear and when you pay the locker pops open then you store your bags. You are then emailed a code to enter when you return, which opens the locker again. There is a choice of two options, in Italian, when you enter the code. You want the one on the right, which immediately opens your locker. Someone familiar with the system told me which one to press. I had a carry-on suitcase and a carry-on duffle/Sportif bag that was stuffed so I chose a Standard-sized locker which is supposed to hold two bags. I did have to really push on the flexible bag to close the door, so if you have two larger carry-ons, I'd suggest the larger size locker. I'd use this option again if the station didn't have storage. I did see one in the train station later, but don't know if bags are under surveillance. I liked the fact that my bags were actually locked up not out in the open."

If you came back earlier then you can either terminate the reservation (as I did) or just open the locker to put something in/take from there and resume the reservation. This is very convenient. "I was so happy to have found this while stopping in Milan. The location was only a little more than two minutes from the station but not far at all. It was easy to follow the instructions once we got started. My only complaints are the large box didn't seem as large as it said. I believe it said it could fit four bags, but we were only able to fit two carry on suitcases and a tote. Also, the locker assigned to us was located at a strange angle that made it very difficult to open and it locked before we could open it. So we had to enter our code to access the locker and then use real force to open it. Otherwise, it made it very easy and stress free to explore Milan for a few hours."

Caution: After looking at the measurements provided on line and measuring our biggest bag (19” x 30”), we thought our biggest bag would fit horizontally inside the biggest space. Our plan was to put other bags on top of the largest one. Unfortunately, it was maybe 1/2 “ wider and could not fit horizontally; so, we needed 2 storage units. However, we were in luck and very happy that 2 units were available! I’m rating it with a 4 star rating because although the lockers are secure and it is completely self automated; the front door locks at 11:00 pm (23:00). The restaurants had wait times and the service is relaxed in Italy. We ended our meal at 10:30 and could not stay to enjoy a little night life before retrieving our bags, because STOW YOUR BAGS was closing. A later closing time would be much nicer. We came into Milan by train. We did not have time to leave our bags at our hotel and still make it to our tour departure location on time; so, STOW YOUR BAGS was the perfect solution! Very close to the train station and very simple to figure out how to use! We would not have been able to enjoy a tour, of this facility was not available. Thank you for providing this much needed service!"

There are, however, some problems that could be solved: - you cannot see the size of the box before you pay for it. We wanted to check whether our bags fit or not before we pay, but we could not. Maybe you should put a "measurement box" in the room, similar to those used by discounter airlines. Users may try to fit their bags before payment. - it's strange that the place is closed overnight. Being 100% automatic, it must work 24/7. At night there might be a code lock, which can be opened with the user's box code. - it's not always easy to know in advance, whether you need to store bags for 3 hours or for 5. The user might pay for a certain amount of time, and if he comes later, he must just pay for the extra hours, and not pay the fine. It's understood that in this case it would be harder for the management to accept advance booking requests, but the extra hours payment might be, for example, higher than the basic fee. That would force users to be more accurate."
