Yes it's a little walk from the station over sometimes bumpy surfaces, but no surprise since we're in Naples. "Everything worked fine. We were able to stuff two bulging roller suitcases and two stuffed day packs into large locker. I do not see how you could fit four standard roller bags. Given the limited number of lockers in Naples location I would advise reserving ahead. I Did not receive a confirmation email after I put things in locker. I had to call to get confirmation email which was supposed to come within 10 minutes. If opening and reopening locker is same code that should be made clear when you receive your reservation. It is cheaper than in station left luggage especially if you have several small bags like us but it is a 5 minute walk"

"I really liked this storage service, it is located close to Garibaldi station, the street is ok, didn't feel as unsave as other user have written. For sure there are shady streets in Naples, but Via Venezia is far from that. The costs are per hour and the prices are ok. No troubles with the locker codes, all worked smoothly. Plus the locker have are pretty spacious, just as described on their webpage."

Prices are reasonable, the locker sizes are accurate (we easily fitted 2 x Cabin sized cases into a small locker). Really simple to use - same access code to lock/unlock the locker. "Eine tolle Möglichkeit, um das Gepäck für einige Stunden los zu werden. Im Vergleich zum Bahnhof, um einiges günstiger....dort wird pro Gepäckstück verrechnet, was schon mal ein kleines Vermögen ausmachen kann. Die Bedienung ist auch sehr einfach und funktioniert auch mit ausländischer (NFC fähigen) Bankomatkarte und ausländischer Handynr (Code per SMS). Die Fächer sind groß genug, um 2 große Reiserucksäcke, eine Reisetasche und 2-3 weitere Einkaufstaschen unterzubringen. Ich und meine Begleiter waren sehr zufrieden."

We were travelling home from Capri (where we had been staying) but wanted a trip to Pompeii to fill the day before an evening flight. The operator helped us and said our payment had not gone through which was strange as we had confirmation plus Paypal said it had gone through. They luckily had space available and we booked another locker at the facility. On return to the UK I contacted Stowyour bags and had an incredibly prompt reply and the issue was sorted straight away. I was refunded the extra payment. I was so impressed with the efficiency the matter was dealt with so that's why they get 5 stars."

"As the other reviews have said, it's a few blocks from Garibaldi Station but not a trek by any means. There is luggage storage provided by the station but at a higher cost. It's around the corner from THE BEST sfogliatelle in Napoli (Attanasio Sfogliatelle Cadli) so it definitely made it work the walk for us! The larger locker *does not* fit 4 large suit cases. It fits 3 carry-on sized suitcases at best. The inaccuracy of the description online was a bit frustrating but it was easy enough to rent another locker on site. The area may see a bit shoddy but the lockers were safe and under video surveillance, though I can't confirm whether the camera actually worked. Overall, great for what you pay for. Convenient enough and did the job while we required it! I would totally use this service again :)"

"Once we found the store, it was very convenient. We had to contact a customer service rep twice since we did not understand that we would be assigned a storage unit and had chosen one that fit our luggage and locked it. The rep was very helpful opening the unit electronically but we had to switch to 2 other units and pay for 2 units. They did not indicate that the first unit we used which fit our luggage was reserved or explain why we could not keep it. They did not say they did not have another unit big enough for our 2 pieces of carry on luggage available. However, it all worked out and we were impressed by the help and up to date information that the rep had in helping us navigate the system. The location near the train station was very convenient. Next time we might reserve a unit in advance."
