"I used the service to stow my luggage near Gare du Nord in Paris, as the station lockers are being refurbished. The location was minutes away, the procedure for booking easy, and the price reasonable. It was especially convenient that notifications came to my phone via SMS as well, in case I am unable to get wifi. The only confusing aspect was a notification on the screen after I left my bag that I would get a new code, which I never did, but the one I used to open the locker worked perfectly. Great experience overall!"

"This was a great option. Very convenient and well located to the train station. It's nice to be able to leave your bags and get on with your day. I got the details well in advance after I pre-booked and the kiosk was fast and easy to use. It took less than 5 minutes to drop off bags. I would suggest adding a second kiosk since I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up my bags. I had pre-booked and was ready to go. I ended up having to wait after a family of 8 each wanted a locker and had not pre-booked. Two kiosk would have made it better, thankfully the system worked fast once the line cleared. Great option for travelers!"

"Prepaid for a couple lockers for our first day in Paris as we did overnight flight. Place was easy to find and lockers easy to use. The sizes they show online accurate. Says they will email you new codes after you open first time but used the original codes I got to open when we went back to get the bags."

However it was a little confusing when, after storing luggage and closing the locker, it advised that you would be sent a new locker PIN to open. That wasn’t the case as we prebooked and the original PIN sent was the one used to open the locker come the end of the session."

Just be aware that even the largest locker is not big enough for two medium suitcases - we ended up having to buy a second one which made the whole thing rather expensive. "Great service and very convenient, which enabled us as a family to spend more time exploring Paris without carting our cases along with us. Even though the area is slightly seedy (not StowYourBags fault) I felt my belongings were safe whilst left in the locker for 6 hours (which I had pre-booked in the UK in case we turned up and it was full) I didn't realise this sort of service existed and will certainly use the facilities again when travelling in Europe. One slight panic moment was on closing the locker it informed me that within 5 minutes I would be sent an email with the release code. This didn't happen, but on arriving at back at StowYourBags my locker opened fine with the original code."

"Good experience but the locker was smaller than stated and we had to get another locker whilst there to put our second bag in as it wouldn’t fit, despite having measured the bags beforehand when we booked a week or so before. Luckily this was not a problem - there was another locker available. Otherwise, it was brilliant - perfect location, no queue and quite clean & tidy facility. Easy to find. Would use again, but bearing in mind lockers are smaller than stated on the website."
