One larger locker fits one large suitcase and room for other bits like a small bag and coat. Would use this service again in the future. We arrived 5 minutes after our locker finish time and weren’t charged any extra. I think there was a €3.50 fine for each additional hour."

"We left our luggage for few hours in Pisa. The location was about 500m from the train station. Once I did my reservation ahead of time online, everything was seamless and straightforward. We had to just type in the code sent ahead of time to open our locker. Locker was sufficiently big enough for 2 carry on bags and a backpack. Once we were done, picking up luggage was easy as well. My son accidentally closed the door before we took all our bags out. This was very tense moment for us. Calling their Customer support number provided they helped open the locker immediately. Overall a good experience. Pricing was reasonable as well- charging by the hour."

"A really easy service to use three minute walk form Pisa Centrale. The small box held two well packed back packs with oom to spare. There is an empty box of each size so you can check which one you will need if you are unsure. We used it in the off season so Pisa wasn't too busy so we didnt book online. It cost 10 euros for 5 hours for the smaller box. Great value."

"Make sure you have internet access before planning to use this service. Unlike some others I have used, this service does not provide a printout of the unlock code for your locker, it is instead emailed to you and texted to you. I had a European e-Sim card in my iPhone so I had data service and received the email. I never received the text message. Otherwise, the service was fine. They have one locker of each size with no door so that you can ensure your luggage will fit in one. The process is straightforward and offered in multiple languages. It is certainly better than hauling your baggage around Pisa with you if you are just there as a side trip."

"I made the mistake of not realising your lockers are designed only for cabin baggage - not for hold luggage, which was what I needed in order to avoid rolliong a heavy suitcase all the way from Pisa railway station to the Leaning Tower. So I am very grateful that I was able to use your phone line to contact your staff in English and arrange a swap to a large locker instead - just big enough for our two larger cases. So THANK YOU! - mission accomplished - we were able to spend an hour or so enjoying the Campo del Miracoll - eating our lunch, taking some photos - before retrieving our bags and boarding the PisaMover for the Airport. In case others make the same mistake though, perhaps make it clear that for hold luggage customers will definitely need a large locker!"

"The lockers are good size and it's worthwhile if you only need to stow your bags for 1-2 hours and also have a few small bags. If you have a big suitcase and need to stow it for longer period, you may want to check it in at a nearby hotel at 5 euro per piece per day. We like it that there's an 'open' locker (without doors) so we can check how many of our bags can fit inside. Good design and good system. The 'Stow Your Bags' lockers are easy to use, just follow the steps on the LED screen. However, what is really important is to enter your email correctly (and remember which email account you used) because the code to unlock to retrieve your luggage will be sent to your email. What was frustrating is that there was a customer who either didn't remember which email or perhaps she keyed in a wrong email address so she couldn't open her locker. She refused to let others to use the system while she kept trying (there's only 1 screen) and pressure those who was waiting for her to help. No one could except to ask her to check her email. We almost missed our train due to her holding up the system and having a queue built up!"
