"Everything worked very smoothly. I paid for 4 hours and received my confirmation. Although we arrived about an hour late, our code to the locker still worked. We also took our bags out about 45 minutes past our reserved time, and simply had to pay for the additional hour at the same hourly rate. This branch is conveniently situated for the trains, buses and metro. On arrival, we entered the code that was sent when we booked and the locker popped open. We decided to reserve our locker directly, the day before we would need it as we wanted to see the actual size of the lockers first. It turns out that they are exactly as advertised! My advise would be to reserve a locker in advance, as they tend to sell out quickly. We were lucky to have booked the last one, when we arrived at the premises! "Good experience. We had not booked before hand and it was easy getting a locker. We needed our booking code earlier than the email let us and we called by the button and we got it through service support. We liked it very much. All our bags fitted and we thought it was a very good price for our 5h. Make sure to bring a credit/debit card though since the only drawback is that they don't provide cash payment. But I guess there is a reason for that, because it will be a penalty charge on your card if you are late or forget to close to locker. It's clever of them and that means that they don't have to have personell och site. Use this place than go to the store are at the Termini Station. It saves you a lot of hassle!"

It would be hard to use the service without a reliable wi-fi connection nearby or a cellular signal, but luckily I had the cellular signal to help me. "It was very easy to store our bags, it was a bit further from the station than we thought (only by a couple of minutes). It feels much safer than storage facilities that has people dealing with your luggage and means you aren’t waiting for people to find it and there was no queuing. For overnight stay it’s very good value but quite expensive for couple of hours. We stored one large overnight and then our hand luggage later the following day. What was quite annoying is you couldn’t add additional hours on to an existing storage (for example 1 day and 3 hours). If you’re storing a few pieces of hand luggage you can get a few pieces in, but if you have one large luggage then you have to rent another locker for any other pieces you have."

"The service was very easy to use, so I was very quickly able to get my bags stowed and then use my time to explore the city. The location is VERY close to the Roma Terminal, so it was super convenient to come back and pick up my bags right before catching the shuttle to the airport. Only knocked a star off because they only let you pay for individual hours (which are 1.99/hour) up to 5 hours, after that you have to invest in a full day at about 16-18 Euros. I only needed 7 hours, but had to pay for the full day. That was a little annoying, but overall the experience was very convenient and I'd recommend it to others and likely use it again myself."

"It was good, I had 1 medium suitcase, 1 backpack and 1 blueprint tube. At the left luggage inside the Termini train station in Rome the cost was 6 € for the first 5 hours for each piece, so they wanted to charge me 18 €. Of course, I was not ok with paying the 6 € for the blueprint tube, so I went across the street to StowYourBags. It was just a bit more than 2 € the hour and I only needed 4, so I payed 10.49 €. It was easy and even if I had had one more bag it wold have been no problem, since the locker is spacious. The only detail I thing is missing, is that the sistem assignes you a random locker and you can?t choose it, so I got one of the top row and it was a little tough for me to lift my suitcase when dropping it off and also when I picked it up."
