"It saved our shoulders and allowed us some sightseeing on our last day in Rome. Felt fairly safe to leave our bags there. It was not far from the train station, and near quaint cafes. It was fairly clean - a quick wipe down with a Wet-wipe was sufficient for me. Unfortunately the code to retrieve our bags was sent via email, and my data did not cooperate - we had a few stressful minutes waiting for the email to come through so we could get our bags back out before our train left. It would've been more conveniently located in the train station or right across the street, but then we wouldn't have stopped at one of those cafes."

"The self-service facility was convenient and comfortable. Since the people can open the locker only with 6-digit code and we have to choose from huge digits, it will be a bit uncomfortable when there will be other people inside. I would suggest having 2-factor authentication for opening the locker so that it will be more secured for the user. Although there might not have been any issues till date, but it will improve the functionality."

"It was convenient. We were on a 11 day journey but only staying in Rome for 24 hours. It was conveniently and reasonably priced way of not lugging everything when all we needed was an overnight bag. I only wish there was a way to increase your time. If there was, I couldn't find it on the website. I wound up with a late fee, it wasn't much bc I was less than an hour late, but just wish I could have simply extended the time."

"We needed to safely stash our bags for a few hours at the end of our trip to Rome and discovered "StowYourBags" The locating and booking of a locker was simple and easy to understand. We received email and text confirmation with instructions almost immediately after paying. We found the lockers themselves to be smaller than we thought, although they seemed to be as described on the website. We booked a maxi which is about a little larger than a full sized hard cased suitcase, we also had a soft frameless rucsac type bag which we managed to squeeze into the remaining space - it was a struggle :-) Definitely worth booking in advance, we tried on the day to buy more space for the rucsac but nothing left so persevered with the one we booked. If in doubt book a larger space than you think - the price difference is negligible considering the alternative of lugging about baggage whilst enjoying the remaining hours of your trip. For the price, ease of use and peace of mind we would use them again."

"Great service, we used it to store our luggage (1 small bag 2 backpacks). We used the maxi size locker and had plenty of space left. I would just suggest two improvements: 1. Having one machine for those who already have a reservation and one for those who are hiring the service on the spot to avoid long queues 2. Having a system that allows us to type our codes in a more secure way. The numbers are giant on the screen, so I felt a bit exposed. It would be nice to be able to type it on the card machine or to have a system like the ones bank use with two numbers shown in the button for selecting each digit (0 or 9, 4 or 6 etc.)"
